• Fotocopy STNK;
• Fotocopy KTP;
• Fotocopy BPKB;
• Fotocopy SIM;
• Fotocopy Ijin Usaha Angkutan Umum;
• Fotocopy Trayek Lama.

Besar Biaya Tarif Pelayanan:

• Angkutan Kota s/d 8 orang                                 Rp. 35.000,-/6 bulan;
• Mobil bus > 8 orang                                               Rp. 105.000,-/6 bulan.
